Before a paid online transaction
If Occaso offers a transaction to which distance-contract consumer rules apply, the required merchant identity, service description, price, charges, renewal or cancellation terms and other mandatory information will be disclosed before confirmation.
Review before acceptance
Where required, the purchaser will be given an opportunity to review and correct the information before accepting the transaction.
Copy of the agreement
Where applicable, a durable copy of the agreement or confirmation will be made available after the transaction.
