1. Controller and scope
This policy applies to occaso.ca and, when offered, the Occaso service. Occaso is operated by 9306-0564 Québec inc. (NEQ 1170193834). The official name or title of the person responsible for the protection of personal information will be published before public commercial launch. Requests may be sent to contact@occaso.ca.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on your use, we may collect information you provide directly, account and administration information, data related to integrations you authorize, and technical information required for security and operation of the service.
3. Purposes
Information may be used to answer requests, provide and administer the service, authenticate users, process authorized integrations, prepare content at a user’s request, protect the service, prevent abuse, maintain necessary logs and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Consent and choices
When consent is required, Occaso seeks to request it clearly and for a specific purpose. Optional permissions should be capable of being refused or withdrawn where possible, subject to applicable contractual or legal limitations.

Occaso may use hosting, security, artificial intelligence, email and social platform providers. Access should be limited to what is necessary to provide their services. Third-party integrations are also governed by their own policies and permissions.
7. Processing outside Quebec or Canada
Some technology providers may process or host data in other jurisdictions. Where applicable, Occaso intends to assess relevant privacy factors and use contractual safeguards where required.
8. Retention and deletion
Personal information should be retained only as long as necessary for identified purposes, contractual obligations, security or legal requirements. Deletion or anonymization procedures should apply when retention is no longer justified.
9. Security

Depending on applicable law, you may request access or correction, obtain information about use or disclosure, withdraw certain consents and request deletion where permitted. Identity verification may be required.

Occaso is a professional service and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly seek to collect children’s personal information through the marketing website.
